Returns/Refunds

What’s your return/refund policy?

We hope you are 100% happy when you receive your handbag! In the event that you are not happy with any of our handbags, please email us at ailunstudios@gmail.com with a return request for new/unused items within 30 days of purchase. Returned packages must be in brand new condition with original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund (minus shipping - as a small business, we do require customers to cover this cost).  

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or refunds for our soaps and candles due to the nature of personal care products - all sales for these items are final. 

 

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If it has been approved we will refund you through your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank to process the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not New Zealand, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

What should I do if I receive a wrong/broken product?

We are so sorry this has happened! Please email us at ailunstudios@gmail.com with a photo of your package contents (photo required) so we can resolve this as best as we can for you.
